Everything we do starts with listening to everyday people, then building what the evidence says actually helps.

We ran a national research program — two large-scale surveys and in-person focus groups across the country — to understand how everyday people really see Bitcoin: who is open to it, what holds them back, and whose voice they trust. The summary below distills what we learned for anyone working to welcome the next wave of adopters.
